Delivery & pickup

Delivery is a $30 flat minimum within 5 miles of our office; beyond that, $30 plus $2 per mile for each mile beyond 5 (for example, 10 miles is $30 + $10 = $40). Larger or multi-piece orders start at $65+, plus $2 per mile beyond 5. Events that need a truck rental are quoted individually.

Styled tables and on-site setup carry an 18% service fee (25% for large or complex events). NC sales tax is added (7.25% in Wake County).

Booking

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date; the balance is due 48 hours before the event.
  • Booking less than 2 weeks out: full payment at booking. Less than 10 days out: a rush fee starting at $50.
  • Final guest and table counts are due two weeks before your event.
  • Payment by Venmo (@wakeparty), cash, or a card link.

Cancellation

  • 30 days or more before: you forfeit the retainer only.
  • 14–29 days before: 75% is owed.
  • Less than 14 days before: 100% is owed.
  • You may reschedule once within 12 months.

Caring for your linens

  • Return items reasonably clean: shake linens free (no washing needed); scrape and rinse plates and chargers and return them to the containers provided.
  • Keep linens dry and away from wax, permanent markers, tape and open flame. Excessive staining or damage may result in an additional fee.
  • Have everything gathered at the agreed pickup time.

Rentals & bookings are confirmed only with a signed Wake Party Co. Event Services & Rental Agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer. Care, damage, loss, late-return, and security-deposit terms are in that agreement.
